The Abuja Investment Company Ltd Staff Retreat

The Abuja Investments Company Limited is in the process of a scheduled review of its HR systems to improve operations and processes.

Recent reviews of AICL’s systems and operations have been done by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and currently; Learning Impact Model Nigeria Ltd. The recommendations from these reviews will be used to transform AICL’s structure and operations to properly align with AICL’s Mission and Vision.

As part of the HR system review being done by Learning Impact Model, the management and staff of AICL went for a three-day retreat at the breathtaking Zuma Rock Resort. There the staff undertook activities that reinforced shared objectives and mapped out strategies to accomplish AICL corporate goals going forward.

While we look back with gratitude for the accomplishments of 2022, we look forward to 2023 with determination to make it our best year yet, making profitable business for our stakeholders and adding value to the economy of the region.
