Abuja Investments Company Ltd Takes DGM Global on Project Tour
Abuja Investments Company Limited (AICL) on Tuesday the 29th June 2022, took DGM global, a UN grant for sustainable development, on a tour of select project sites in Abuja the Federal Capital Territory. This was following an MOU signed between AICL and DGM in 2019.
DGM’s visit to Nigeria is to inspect current projects undertaken by Abuja Investments Company Limited.
Project Sites visited were Plot 702, Cadastral Zone A00, Central Business District; Kafe District Market; Ivy Estate, Dakibiyu; and Kugbo District Market.
These sites range from land suitable for new development or leases, to Build Operate Transfer (BOT) projects, to Joint Venture Developments in partnership with private developers.
