Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Magaji

Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Magaji currently serves as the Head of Compliance and Natural Resource Investments (NRI) at Abuja Investments Company Limited (AICL). He brings over two decades of experience in finance, compliance, and investment management.

He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano (BUK) in 1999, and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution in 2004. Prior to this, he was awarded a Diploma in Banking and Finance by the University of Jos in 1993.

Mr. Magaji began his professional journey in the banking sector, gaining experience at the defunct Allied Bank of Nigeria Plc from 1990 to 1991, followed by a three-month industrial attachment at Afribank’s Bauchi Branch in 1992. He completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) assignment with Ahmed Zakari & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Kano State between 1999 and 2000.

He joined Abuja Investments Company Limited in March 2001 and has served in various capacities, rising to his current position as Principal Manager and Head of the Compliance/NRI Department.
