Mahmood Abdulrahman Yakub

Mahmood Abdulrahman Yakub began his career with Abuja Investments Company Limited (formerly Abuja Investment and Property Development Company) in the year 2000, joining as an Account Supervisor. Over the course of more than two decades, he served diligently within the Finance Department, rising through the ranks to become the Head of Finance and Treasury. In 2022, he was redeployed to lead the Administration Department—a role he currently holds.

Mahmood is highly accomplished academically. He holds a Master of Accounting and Finance (MAF) from Bauchi State University (BASUG), and a Master in Entrepreneurship and Business Development (MEBD) from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU). He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID), a Higher Diploma in Computer Science from Dorben Polytechnic, a Diploma in Computer Science from ATBU, and an Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS) Certificate from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.

He is a distinguished member of the SLEAMP 9 Course of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), and has attended numerous local and international courses in Finance, Management, and Administration.
