Mrs. Adaku Amadi

ADAKU AMADI, ACIS is a seasoned Legal practitioner, Chartered Secretary and Corporate Governance expert with over 25 years cumulative experience in corporate governance and administration as well as Company Secretarial practice. She obtained her Law degree from Lagos State University in 1999 and an MBA in 2015, from the University of Wales, UK. Her expertise over the years spans corporate law matters, dispute resolution, corporate governance and boardroom matters.

She joined AICL in 2007 as a legal manager and rose through the ranks till her current position as the Group Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of the Company. Mrs., Amadi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN), the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Dispute Resolution Institute, amongst others. She has attended various professional courses both locally and internationally. Her strength lies in her dedication, intellectual prowess and her ability to handle Boardroom matters.
