AICL has various commercial real estate and infrastructures under corporate management, amongst these are:

 
  1. The International Conference Centre Abuja, managed by Integrated Facility Management Ltd. The new AICC (also known as the OAU ICC) was built in 1991 to host the extra- ordinary session of the Organization of African Unity Heads of Government meeting in Nigeria.

  5. Eagle Square Abuja - The Eagle Square, Abuja was constructed in 1999 to serve as the platform for the official take-off of the Fourth Republic of the Federation of Nigeria. It has since then provided the primary arena for the symbolic transfer of power and inauguration of the new Government, notably the Swearing-in Ceremony of the Executive President of the Federal Republic. The Eagle Square is used for hosting the National Day parade and the Presidential Swearing-in ceremony, as well as, in staging a number of political rallies/programmes, religious crusades/rallies, musical concerts/shows, launchings and award ceremonies.

  7. AICL has also invested in telecommunication infrastructure with private sector partners developing colocation sites in across FCT.
These facilities are a manifestation of strategic development of real estate assets to enhance value and generate revenue for the FCT while at the same time stimulating the exponential economic growth of Abuja.
