APDC Commissions 300 housing units at Capital Estate & performs ground-breaking ceremony of Phases II & III

The Abuja Property Development Company; FCT’s leading property development company fully owned by the Abuja Investments Company Limited (AICL) recently commissioned the first 300 units of its Capital Estate Phase I development and also conducted the ground-breaking ceremony of the Phases II & III of the Capital Estate.
The commissioning was performed by the Hon. Minister of the FCT; Mallam Muhammad Musa Bello most ably represented by the Permanent Secretary; Dr. Babatope Ajakaiye. He was accompanied by the representatives of the Hon. Minister of Power, Works & Housing, MD/CEO of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), The Head of Civil Service of the Federation as well as that of HRH; the Emir of Jiwa.
Other important dignitaries at the well-attended ceremony included the Head, Interim Management Team of the AICL; Dr. Bashir Isyaku and other members of the IMT, Director, Human Resources & Training of the FCT; Hajia Mrs. Hannatu Adamu Fika of the Federal Government Staff Loans Board, the Executive Secretary of the FCDA and also the Ag. Managing Director of the APDC; Engr. Yusuf Yunusa
